Emergency Lighting

Your fire risk assessment will advise you if your property requires an emergency lighting system. Article 14 of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 states that "emergency routes and exits requiring illumination must be provided with emergency lighting of adequate intensity in the case of failure of their normal lighting"

If you have an emergency lighting system installed within your premises, it is a legal requirement to carry out regular maintenance by a suitably qualified engineer. Our engineers are trained and qualified to maintain your emergency lighting system in accordance with BS 5266.
